Jabberwock Participants Learn to Dine with Grace
Dallas, Texas (January 14, 2019). On Sunday, February 17, 2019, leading etiquette expert and founder of the National Association of Urban Etiquette Professionals, the nation's largest etiquette association serving urban youth, Lady Trenette Wilson will join members of the Delta Sigma Theta's Jabberwock program for a "Dine with Grace" workshop.
The basic and formal dining etiquette workshop will empower youth to feel comfortable when dining in both a causal and formal setting," explains Wilson. "When Jabberwock's leave, they will be equipped with tools to dining like a lady, showing discretion and proper dinner conversation," she continued.
From utensil identification to usage, participants will gain valuable knowledge about how to dine in a professional setting as well as how to carry themselves with grace and distinction while enjoying a great meal provided by Macaroni Grill, Cedar Hill.
The Jabberwock program is part of the vision of Delta Sigma Theta to empower young women and equip them with the tools they need to be successful in all settings while raising funds to attend college.
